You’ll have space to explore what’s on your mind at your own pace—whether that’s something specific, or simply a sense that something doesn’t feel right. In our sessions, we’ll explore fresh perspectives and deepen your understanding of yourself, opening space for new possibilities to emerge. We’ll focus on what feels right for you — whether that’s noticing patterns, building practical tools, or finding ways to move through life’s challenges with more ease and self-compassion.
I’ll work alongside you to build insight, strengthen self-trust, and develop practical ways to step into new possibilities with confidence and clarity.
How I work:
I take an integrative and relational approach, drawing from CBT, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Gestalt therapies to tailor sessions to your needs. In our work together, we focus not only on building skills and insight, but also on how you feel, respond, and relate in the therapy room.
These patterns often reflect those in your life outside of sessions, and by exploring them together, we can gently uncover where they come from, how they may be helping or holding you back, and what might need to shift — fostering greater self-awareness and supporting more conscious, empowered choices in your relationships and daily life.
