My Approach:
I work relationally, believing the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change. My practice integrates CBT, psychodynamic and existential approaches, alongside mindfulness and life-coaching techniques.
A bit about me:
Before retraining as a counsellor, I worked in the accounting field. Experiencing my own burnout led me to reassess my path and pursue my long-standing passion for supporting others in their well-being and personal growth. This journey informs the empathy and understanding I bring to my work.
Accreditation:
I hold a First-Class Honours BSc in Counselling and a CPCAB qualification in Life Coaching. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and the Association for Christians in Counselling (MACC), and I work in accordance with their ethical frameworks.
Sessions last 50 minutes and can be held weekly or fortnightly. I offer both short-term counselling and longer-term therapy depending on your needs.
